CUSTOMER INFORMATION FOR SHOE ORDERS

It is our policy that when customers order shoes we ask for payment in full (by cheque or cash only).

We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with the size, style and manufacturer in advance, and you are recommended to visit us to try our stock samples before ordering.   If you order shoes that you do not like on delivery we will NOT be able to refund your money, BUT we will offer to try to sell the shoes for you.   

Special orders for shoes of narrow, extra wide or in special colour designs have an additional Manufacturers Charge of £15.00.

Postage of shoes is normally £6.00 to cover insurance against damage.

As a small business we try to keep our prices below that of normal retail outlets, and we maintain as full a stock range as possible.
